Refund policy
Returns and refunds are accepted only if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return or refund, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, with tags attached, including all accessories, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If your return or refund request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and take appropriate action.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), custom or personalized items, and hygiene-related products (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to a destination within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
As stated above, the item must be returned in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
